Sourcing
Raw crops are sourced from Egyptian growers and supplied to the selected partner facility according to the agreed specification.

Inspection
Raw material is inspected and sorted before dehydration. Quality controls are coordinated and reviewed by Green Apple in cooperation with the selected production facility.

Dehydration
Drying temperatures and moisture are monitored against the agreed product specification at the selected partner facility.

Sorting & Safety
Optical sorting, metal detection and foreign-matter controls are applied according to the product specification and partner-facility process.

Packaging
Multi-wall Kraft bags with food-grade poly-liners. 20/25 kg bags, jumbo big-bags or custom formats.

Container Loading
Pre-load inspection, desiccants and secured stacking — designed to help protect product quality and cargo integrity throughout international transport.

Quality controls are coordinated against the agreed product specification, including relevant moisture, sorting, metal-detection and foreign-matter checks at the selected partner facility.
The technical data sheet covers cuts, mesh sizes, moisture, microbiology, packaging and shelf life.
